People love movies, and when it comes to “where is the perfect place to watch movie”, different people have different views. Some people think that theatre is the wonderful place to go,for it could offer them the enjoyable of visual sense and hearing sense, and they might meet some new friends who are sharing the same taste with them.Others think that home is the sweetest place to watch movies. They can suspend the movie whenever they want and they can talk with their friends freely. In my point of view, I would like to watch movie at home.

In the first place, going to theatre to watch movie is not as comfortable as you think. There may be atraffic jam when you are on the way to theatre, and after you finally get there,you probably already have no mood to watch movie. What’s more, the theatre might not that clean as you see. There might be some rubbish around your feet, or a Coca-Cola cup which the former customer left beside your hand. And there is another thing that you are hard to bear: noise. It’s every annoying when you are watching movie and someone is whispering ,and sometimes not just one person whispering but a dozen! If you are watching movie at home, you don’t have to worry all about those problems.

首先，去电影院看电影并不是你想像的那样舒适。在你去电影院的路上有可能会有交通堵塞，当你最后到达那里的时候你可能已经没有心情看电影了。更重要的是，电影院可能不像你看到的那样干净。在你的脚边可能会有之前的人留下的一些垃圾，或者可口可乐杯。还有另一件事是无法忍受的：噪声。这是每个人的烦恼，在你看电影的时候，有人在窃窃私语，有时不只是一个人耳语，而是一群人！如果你在家里看电影，你不必担心所有的这些问题。

It the second place, watching movie in theater is not as safe as you think. When movie starts, the lights would be turn off, and you are almost in a dark room. What if there is asociopath or psychopath who wants to stab people for spree, you are hard to get away from this. When theatre is on fire, people will be more scared because the darkness makes them upset, and it’s more difficult to escape when people are totally psycho out.

第二，在电影院看电影不像你想的那么安全。电影开始的时候，灯会被熄灭，你几乎是在一个黑暗的房间。如果有一个反社会的人或者心理变态的人为了开心刺别人，你很难避免这个。当电影院着火了，人们会更害怕因为黑暗令他们更加的不安，如果人们都陷入了恐慌逃出去就变得更难了。

In the third place, when you watch movie in holidays, going to theatre seems not fit in economic principles. Every theatre would raise the ticket price when holiday comes. Why don’t you save the money to buy a big bag of popcorn and watch movie at home.

第三，在假期去电影院看电影似乎不符合经济原则。假期的时候所有的电影院都会提高票价。你为什么不把省下的钱去买一大袋爆米花之后在家看电影。

Basic the reasons above, if you want to get away from the problems in the theatre, and suspend the movie whenever you want, watching movie at home is the best choice.

Making marginal notes on the book is indispensable for the following reasons. First, it keeps us wide awake. If reading is accomplishing anything more than passing time, it must be active. We can't just let our eyes glide across the lines of a book and come up with an understanding of it. In the second place, reading, if it is active, is thinking, and thinking tends to express itself in words, spoken or written. The marked book is usually the thought through book. Finally, writing helps us remember the thought we had, or the thought the author expressed. The physical act of writing, with our own hand, brings words and sentences more sharply before our mind and preserves them better in our memory.

妈妈说到果然做到，她先去买了许多英语教材和磁带，然后又去报了英语班。可是大多数英语班都是教小孩子的，好不容易才找到一个教成人英语的，妈妈很高兴。

妈妈一开始学英语很困难，爸爸劝她说：“你现在都三十多了，记忆又不好，没有年轻时的脑子好用了，反正也学不好，不如别学了。”我也劝妈妈不要那么辛苦，可妈妈就是不听，她说：“我不能半途而废，有始无终，我一定要坚持，要给璐璐做个好榜样，不是吗？”然后妈妈有接着背单词、读课文。因为妈妈基础不扎实，所以要从三年级的教材开始学。晚上我们叫妈妈睡觉了，她说：“你们先睡我过一会就睡”。我们就没管她。12点多了我起来喝水，看见妈妈还在看书就劝她早就休息，她点点头说：“再学一会”。到了第二天，我们看见妈妈的眼睛红红的肿肿的，也不知道昨天晚上几点才睡，爸爸生气的说：“你爱惜点自己的身体好不好？多大的人了，眼睛还要不要？”我也对妈妈说：“你这样是会影响上班的。”妈妈只是笑笑，照样我行我素，爸爸一生气就把妈妈报的那个英语班给退了。妈妈知道后很伤心，不理爸爸了好几天。我们以为妈妈伤心过后就不学了，但我们错了，妈妈照样坚持着，自己边学边找老师，就这样妈妈坚持了两年多，终于学会了英语，现在我的英语也有人帮我辅导了，我们能在家里进行简单的英语对话，我的英语成绩也慢慢的上升，我真为我的妈妈骄傲。

I have always been a voracious reader, but the pity is that I used to be indiscriminate in my reading habit. I would read and book which I could lay my hand on or any book the binding or the blurb of which caught my fancy at the moment. To read choice books can save time and we would thus be able to read more of them. The question of choosing good and suitable books, however, was once my greatest coming and it came in the form of a book, the Chinese translation of a book by the famous English writer W.S Maugham in which he introduces his readers to the best of world literature. I got the book by chance. I took part in a simulated entrance examination and won the ninth prize, the book I have just mentioned. I was delighted that Maugham, shows not only the content of each of the major works in his mind but also the way to read it. Thanks to this book I have come to know what is really meant by the literary spirit and what are the ingredients of great books. I would call it the most influential book in my life and would like to recommend it to all those lovers of literature.

I＇m correct, to some extent. I can＇t resist the temptations of enjoy my life alone in reading, mind wandering, walking on the fallen leaves deep in thought, listening to music by some unknown artists, and of course, writing.
